~ Experience the fundamentals of a nice vinyasa class. This class will move at a slower pace so you can get familiar with moving your body with your breath in harmony.
~ Yang is considered more dynamic, because it stretches and strengthens muscular tissues with an emphasis on internal heating. Yin focuses on the connections in the pelvis, hips, and even the lower spine. Most yang postures involve standing while most yin postures involve sitting or laying down. Yin and yang poses balance each other out and give the body the full exercise it truly needs.

~ Restorative Yoga is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to support the body in relaxing postures. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body. Restorative Yoga is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. In between the restorative postures you will engage in relaxing deep stretching to open so the restorative postures are more effective.
