Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of Awareness. It has the ability to heal your body, mind, and spirit, all the while awakening your true potential. Kundalini Yoga involves asanas (postures), mudras, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. The practice strengthens the nervous system, balances the glandular system, and enables you to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings.
